RETURNS

Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery at any ETHNC UK store with the original invoice.
• Products must be unused, with tags, labels and original packaging.
• Items will be exchanged at the customer’s invoice price.
• No exchange on fragrances, undergarments, jewelry, and accessories.
• Returns/exchanges must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.
• Online Purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery in retail stores if the same product category is available.

• Our team will verify the request and may ask for photos of the item(s).
• A £5 flat rate will be charged for return shipping.
• Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging.
• You may return your parcel at any authorized drop-off or pickup point.
• Once the parcel is received at our facility, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
• Refunds for Online Returns
  
  Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• If your return was sent via a carrier, it will be processed within 72 hours of arrival at our facility.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
• Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
• If you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please forward the confirmation email to wecare@ethnc.com so we can help expedite the process.
• Online purchases cannot be refunded in retail stores

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product:

• All ETHNC products undergo strict quality control to ensure they reach you in the best condition.
• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at
