B&M (In-Store Purchases)
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase at any ETHNC UK store.
- Products must be unused, with original tags, labels and packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Items will be exchanged at the customer’s invoice price.
No exchange on fragrances, undergarments, jewelry, and accessories. - Returns/exchanges must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.
- Items purchased from retail stores cannot be exchanged or returned online.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery at any ETHNC UK store with the original invoice.
- Products must be unused, with tags, labels and original packaging.
- Items will be exchanged at the customer’s invoice price.
- No exchange on fragrances, undergarments, jewelry, and accessories.
- Returns/exchanges must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.
- Online Purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery in retail stores if the same product category is available.
Returns (Online Orders Only)

- Our team will verify the request and may ask for photos of the item(s).
- A £5 flat rate will be charged for return shipping.
- Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging.
- You may return your parcel at any authorized drop-off or pickup point.
- Once the parcel is received at our facility, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
- Refunds for Online Returns
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. - If your return was sent via a carrier, it will be processed within 72 hours of arrival at our facility.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- If you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please forward the confirmation email to wecare@ethnc.com so we can help expedite the process.
- Online purchases cannot be refunded in retail stores
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product:
- All ETHNC products undergo strict quality control to ensure they reach you in the best condition.
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at

Once your claim is reviewed, our team will assess the item and determine eligibility for a refund. - A replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution will be offered after assessment.
*Please note that images of each product’s color and design may vary slightly from actual product's color and design, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, size and other factors.
**ETHNC reserves this right of cancelling/editing your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
